Today King Records released both GLAMunition and Wolf & Butterfly simultaneously in Japan. Both albums received great scores in Burrn! Magazine this month, GLAMunition 78/100, Wolf & Butterfly 75/100:
GLAMUNITION - Review by by Masao Fujiki
The 2nd solo album of WIG WAM's lead singer. I thought this would be a rolling R&R album when I listened to the 1st track which features horn sound and female backing vocals, track 3 and later tracks are not loud, and are various pop rock. Track 4 with respect for QUEEN would get Robby Valentine embarrassed? He would get misunderstood when people see WIG WAM, when you listen to this album you'll find he sings properly - no, I should say he's quite a good singer. Kee Marcello and Ronni Le Tekroe composes a track each and play guitar. Dan Reed sings for 2 tracks. This is a good album even though we can't describe this as HM/HR. I recommend this because the 1st solo album is plain and simple.

Glam of WIG WAM as Aage Sten Nilsen changed 1 track and added track 11 as another version of track 2, re-released his 1st solo album as"G-STEN"(releasedin 2000 before WIG WAM was born) in 2006. You can find difference from the latest album when you compare album covers, this album is not Glam rock or hard rock either and I can't suggest every WIG WAM fan to listen to it though, from a nostalgic track which he sings emotionally to a smart track with sparkle, every lovely melody comes into my heart deeply. You enjoy his good singing as well. He'll come to Japan as a guest artist for ENUFF Z'NUFF shows in Tokyo in July.
